Australian racing hero Troy Corser will be visiting Donington Park
this weekend as a guest and interviewee of the THINK!
Motorcycle Academy. Troy, who won the World Superbike
Championship in 1995 and 2005, is following his great rival James
Toseland; who also attended the Academy unit at Cadwell Park,
for the previous round of the Bennetts British Superbike
Championship.
Troy lists Donington as one of his favourite circuits in the world
and with a garage full of road and off-road bikes had this to say;
“I've been lucky enough to have travelled to many different
countries over the years, visiting cities and villages and I've
ridden on the road in a lot of those places. Whatever the road;
I've realised it's a different game to racing on the track, you
definitely need a different mindset. That's why I'm pleased to visit
the THINK truck at Donington and meet some of my English fans."
The Yamaha Motor Italia rider will be joined over the weekend by
Michael Laverty (Relentless TAS Suzuki) who only needs a fourth
this weekend to tie up the British Supersport title, THINK!
